Yes GG we had a confirmation of our order application for the Tiguan from Motability along with the link to opening a motability account online also had an email from Des Gosling re the boot hoist we are having fitted for our mobility scooter. Both these acknowledgements came within a couple of hours from placing the order with the VW dealers.
This was quicker than last time we placed an order, seems there are some bonuses to be had with Covid causing more streamlining of companies systems. Even ordering the car over the phone was painless and only involved a couple of 10 min conversations and no visit needed to the dealership.?
