Absolutely hate people that leave their dogs in the garden to bark, and it’s disrespectful to neighbours sanity too, this isn’t a quip at the poster here but a minute or two is fine, but leaving them out for hours on end has driven me insane, I’ve bad to buy noise cancelling earphones to concentrate.
