My 61 plate Motability Seat Leon 1.6 Tdi was a victim of diesel gate so I often wonder if Motability took any action for a claim as there the ones who would have lost out on the resale value of the car, but then in turn we lose out with higher AP’s.
A bit of nonsense there about consumers not losing out and while that’s true for myself as the car was very economical fuel wise but the Cat was out of the bag and consumers lost faith in diesel so the resale value of diesel cars went down and is why to this day that diesels on Motability have massive AP’s.
Also if Mr Molden is so confident there’s no need for compensation why did VW buy back all the diesel from United States customers who had bought them costing them billions of $.
