Thanks Joss , We have kept trying but its still saying unavailable, I’ve tried BMW live chat but they advised contacting there tech team but I assumed they only work Monday to Friday.
I will try and contact the dealer tomorrow, do you k ow roughly how much this service costs if I do need to pay please ?
