From the day you collect your car having accepted it and entered your pin the payment is diverted to motability. So your first payment will be the next payment it would have gone into your bank, if you collect the car on the 1st and your normal PIP payment is the 28th then your first payment would be the 28th.
You don`t pay for the car from your bank account, the motability section of PIP simply isnt paid, thats the way i understand it.
