And if you were caught on dashcam swerving into another lane and forcing another car to take violent avoiding action and that footage was then sent to the police (even though you had to make that manoeuvre to avoid someone who pulled out on you but the footage missed that part) you would be happy with the penalty and fine/points etc then?
That assumes that you would get fine/points of course.
Why would the footage have missed it? The car is behind.
