Either drive within the rules of the road, or expect to get reported.
The attitude of “just to get people into trouble” is nonsense, that person will probably be a repeat offender, who thinks the rules don’t apply to them, until the day they take another risk and this time it results in death.
I have reported people from my dashcam, such as the biker who decided to overtake three of us by doing so, overtook at speed on double yellow lines, or the idiot who overtook forcing a car coming the other way to serve and brake hard.
