I think it’s poor, really poor. And the bigger crime – not making it available as an option. I’ve had a Q3 since 2016, and paid £250 for Advanced key (keyless entry & start). I would have ordered the new Q3 in a heartbeat, had I been able to have it in Keyless form.
This, and the option “Packs’, have made it much more difficult choosing a car, in my opinion. To get the car how I would like it can mean adding 3 Packs to get, for example, 3 options I want. Obviously adding thousands to the AP.
I understand the likes of Audi, BMW are keen to streamline the ordering/ manufacturing process, but it’s very, very annoying for us customers.
