Highly inappropriate, unprofessional and not part of the dieting process – either they are inept or not trained etc… even outside of Motability scheme dealership accreditation, such questioning falls outside disability equality good practice etc…
I’d have had some harsh words for them, a formal complaint to the dealership management & formal complaint to Motsbility operations too. But we are all different, that withstanding – those questions should not have been asked.
