I hope you are well, I have contacted motability twice now, the first was to ask for a early termination to the current vehicle I have, they were fantastic very pleasant to talk too, they agreed to early termination and wavered the fee,also said I would be given a refund of ap pro rata and a gcb based again pro rata, lease expires October this year.
had a major problem over Christmas which I had to delve into savings to be able to afford a new special needs buggy as the monster outgrew it in a year, anyhow cost was eye watering and then stuck for ap for new car, contacted motability who were great at listening and put me in contact with the grants people who again were equally understanding, IMO they are fantastic and you actually get people that listen which is great.
