10 or more or however many….Blah blah blah Motability customers who want to buy a car in the same quarter from one marquee get together and do a deal
I don’t know about anybody else but car buying goes like this.
Visit showroom
test drive car
pick colour
select optional extras
negotiate deal
order car agree on a delivery date (rough estimate at best)
get it in writing do not leave without the showroom without it if not go somewhere else until you get it
get an envelope from Motability
wait for the car (ringing people up is not going to get your car any quicker just wait for the dealership to phone you)
Car is ready to collect (and you think your phone calls made any difference do you?)
go over the car with fine-tooth comb and check EVERYTHING as this going to be your responsibility for the next three years (download a check sheet from the internet in fact Motability should send one out with your agreement so that dealerships are aware of what is going to be checked after all they advertised the car to you and you choose it so it’s not unreasonable for the car to be as they advertised it.
so all 10 or however many do all the tyre kicking colour picking and end up at a ready to buy push the button stage and at that point, you check on the portal to see if anybody else is in your area and in a three-month window and see if anything can be done on a deal instead of walking into a showroom knowing what car you want and trying to get a deal as a once in the three-year purchase or four or five or three years and one month or two months do I need to cover everybody
that’s all no more no less
