Yes it has the flappy paddles and manual mode on mine. I find the box is better than the one that was in my Tarraco which i found I needed sport mode above 30mph and normal around town. Also getting readings above 50 mpg which i never got with same driving style in Tarraco. Once i fill up will do the maths and see how accurate its trip computer is.
