Bigdave at this point in time autonomous cars couldn’t cope with the majority of your scenarios but at this point in time full autonomy is still a few years off. It is coming however and I can tell that for many drivers it will be like death by a thousand cuts.
With regard to disabled people getting parked in a disabled bay, or not, I’m sure that will be easily sorted come the time. Remember we are moving to full autonomy slowly with the addition of cruise control, park assist etc etc etc
