Pfizer given protection from legal action by UK government
The government has granted Covid-19 manufacturer Pfizer a legal indemnity protecting it from being sued, enabling its coronavirus vaccine to be rolled out across the country as early as next week.
The Department of Health and Social Care has confirmed the company has been given an indemnity protecting it from legal action as a result of any problems with the vaccine, the Independent reported.
The Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine was approved for use in the UK, with roll out planned for early next week, becoming the first Western country to approve a vaccine.
NHS staff providing the vaccine, as well as manufacturers of the drug, are also protected.
In a press conference with journalists on Wednesday, Ben Osborn, Pfizer’s UK managing director, refused to explain why the company needed an indemnity.
He said: “We’re not actually disclosing any of the details around any of the aspects of that agreement and specifically around the liability clauses.”
Clearly they must think there will be future issues and need to protect themselves from providing the so called vaccine way earlier than is normally the case.
That they not actually disclosing any of the details is very concerning indeed. Considering Pfizer’s track record and huge fines. If it all go’s pear shape then tuff for us, bill gate thinks at least 700k will die directly from vaccine rollouts maybe more and thats ok..
Infact more not at risk people will die from the vaccine than from the virus and the old need to have jacked up levels of it, his words not mein and people wonder why some think it’s not actually a vaccine.

Professor Jonathan Van-Tam made the sombre claim at the Downing Street press conference on Wednesday, sparking an immediate response from the Prime Minister.
Discussing the prospects of life getting back to normal, Prof Van-Tam suggested habits may have to change.
He said: “I don’t think we are going to eradicate coronavirus ever.
“I think it’s going to be with humankind forever.
“I think we may get to a point where coronavirus becomes a seasonal problem.
“I don’t want to draw too many parallels with flu, but, possibly, that is the kind of way we would learn to live with it.”
The medical expert said there would be no moment to celebrate, like the scenes seen at the end of the world wars.
He said: “Do I think there will be a big moment where we have a big party and throw off our masks? No I don’t.”
Now seeing as coronavirus has been around since humans been on the planet and is one of the many things we call the common cold and it reappears every year in many often slightly different forms so it can stay alive, it will be here forever and we been living with it forever already..
Some strains are worse than others but on a whole nature preys on the weak and any virus needs a host. It’s like saying we can eradicate bateria and it’s already is seasonal. like the nhs getting overrun that’s seasonal also, but it seems he don’t realise this or they’d of plannned for it.. and it’s no wonder with these people running the show people like me have huge concerns of the actual motives behind the dribble they spouting out and they the so called experts. you meant to trust. like how bed capicity is down 13k in the nhs from last year because of social distancing. Creating the overruning of the system imo.
