To be honest I take every pledge that dribbles from the mouth of our Exhausted Leader with a gritter lorry-load of salt. He can say whatever he likes at the moment in order to look like he’s actually done something useful and distract us all from the current Brexit chaos because he knows he’ll be out by the end of Spring and looooong gone by the time we have to deal with the fallout from his ‘2030 Deadline’.
