I was told countless times by the DWP at the MR stage that their assessors are professionals and we (DWP) stand by their decisions always.
They rely on the disabled being, well, disabled and unable to defend themselves and that strategy has worked as I’m sure there are thousands who should have been awarded but couldn’t handle the stress of tribunal.
So what can we do about it, nothing I’m afraid because being disabled we can’t even go out and tear down a statue.?
