Our experience with P.I.P is that they are dishonest and will do the best they can to trip you up and disallow the award.
They know some won’t appeal, some won’t have the heart or mental strength to fight them fully and so to them it’s a percentage game.
Capita are worse than the DWP and they will both blame each other.
Get your facts/information in order and never trust them.
The P.I.P award is something you are entitled to if you meet the criteria and it’s not something that should have to be won in a battle with the state and it’s minions (Capita etc).
