On the other hand, I was made to wait 2 and a half hours for a bloody MOT! Was advised will only take an hour, then the half an hour’s added on aaannd then I gave up. Seems like communication is something never heard of with these dealerships. Very money orientated. I put a massive complaint to Motability, who in the end got me a taxi home. Thank you Motability.
