From what people have endured at the hands of Capita assessors i would say record all calls if possible. This would give you evidence of unfair practices and unacceptable behaviour on there part that you can later present at appeal if you need to go down that avenue. Failing that have someone able to take notes with you during call as it will be impossible to remember what was said after call with all the stress .
