The temporary exception to PIN entry rules will continue throughout Quarter 4, to provide flexibility and peace of mind to customers.
This means we’ll allow a nominated driver to collect the vehicle and enter the PIN on behalf of the customer (provided they have the customer’s permission).
From 1 January 2021, we’ll revert to our standard rule on PIN entry: the PIN must only be entered by the customer or an appointee.
