like wise for me with the adaptive cruise control.would’nt be without it, I certainly abuse it alot. If i am driving, I often click it on so the car brakes for me, of course you need a car infront of you. but great to have that options. When I drive 140 miles to london, all i do is steer most of the way. Now with lane keep assist it’s even easier.
The golf match mk7 i did have was great in every dept, apart from the uncomfortable seat. back in jan a golf was not an option at all. None available for april handover and i glad i din’t wait as there certain aspects i don’t like in the new one. That i know will annoy me over 3 years. I like the look of the 208 but is just to small.
I do miss the place it had to rest my right foot while using acc, But thats no big issue for me.
Sometimes you just know which car is best, as soon as you sit in it. some it’s down to the how they drive and handle. Only you really know what works for one’s self best.
Some cars i have test driven before i have not even got out of the dealership, before i think umm this is not for me.. worst was a c3 back in 2011, after just test driving a qashqai was no contest. Same with the current car 1st time i sat in the drivers seat, i was like it’s so much softer and better than in the golf, I had driven there in.
