Seeing Newbie1892 reference to finding the application status checker on the Motability web site I thought I would flag up the web address for the checker only to find you need to log into your Motability account to see it.
That’s was all news to me because having been a customer of Motability for getting on for 13 years I didn’t even know I could log into my account because I haven’t got one, I’ve got a customer number that was used to get to my detail’s to update them but not an actual web log-in account.
All sort now and I’ve registered and have a log-in account now and that’s where you will find the tab to press for finding out if your application for your car is being or has been processed.
Who said you can’t teach an old Dog.?
