While I was there another ref was doing the headless chicken as his customer had ordered a 508SW GT with all the toys at just shy of 47 grand and it had 6k in chargeable extras missing and the bloke was furious he hadn’t been told and shouting blue murder at the rep whilst calling talking to his barrister on the phone (he was a monster of a man as well) ????
