It’s the 1.5tsi manual. It’s going in for the 2nd time next week. Over 10 weeks to get the part for the rear interior light was ridiculous tbh. It was only yesterday I finally got the call saying the part had come in. Also sports mode feels identical to normal mode. The steering and the acceleration are no different so they are looking into that as well. I already had to replace the windscreen wipers all round because they were useless (almost as if they were years old and dried out! ). As you can tell we are really not happy with it at all. I have read 100s of reviews of this car so I know I have just been unlucky.
