Thanks guys. I’m sending an email reply now to advise that I will not be making any payments of any kind before I examine the car and determine it is exactly what I ordered and it is in showroom condition. I will also ask them to send me a copy of these Motability Rules they mention.
I must say that this has now made me anxious about the car thinking they are trying to palm me off with some lemon from stock.
