Having false information on delivery times is worst than being lied to about specification as at least with specification you can look up most information on line then double check with the dealer if there sure of their information but delivery times we’re at their mercy.
Now I know the dealer is at the mercy of the manufacture but in this day and age tracking anything should be as easy as one, two, three.
On my last order, that I cancelled after waiting 5 months, I was told the 5 months that I was originally told in the first place was now 9 months, and yes it was a brilliant deal and had everything I could wish for but when your current car has become very unsuitable for your disability another 4 months on top of the 5 months became unbearable.
At least the car I have now is capable of dealing with my disability and don’t see that changing over the next year or so so I’ve no problem with any waiting in future for an order to be delivered but would be nice just to get an honest answer on delivery times so we can make the decision to wait or not after all their dealing with disabled folk here not some teenager waiting for there first new car.
