Hi mike, on the showrooms I visited, son after lockdown was lifted, one was appointment only, (bmw), several let you wander around after using hand sanitizer on entrance, but the cars were locked, if you wish to sit in, they will open the car, then they will santise the car after. It was not compulsory to wear a mask, although I did. At Volvo, your temperature was taken on entering the showroom and mask wearing and social distancing was strict. Only certain amount of people allowed in at once. It was on the whole very well done and safe. Things may have eased or changed since then as many of the staff were still on furlough
