My Tiguan service warning came up on the day after 12 months up so I booked it in and was told by Vw that’s fine we’ll do as much as we can for you, even quoted for tyres.
Dropped it off and drove home in the courtesy car later on they called to say it was done so went to collect the car and they said motability declined doing a full service until 24 months or 20k at the time it was on just over 18k miles. Vw checked the levels and gave it a health check, washed and valeted it I think they charged motability £26.
I then had to book it in a month later at 20k all a bit of a faff and but we got the car back cleaned and valeted again with a software update and the latest sat nav sd card upgrade.
I’ve had ours in for a health a couple of times in the last year for oil add blue and screenwash top ups all finished with a free wash an Vac.
