For me, this highlights the lack of sophistication of the Motability car search tool.
I would like to see additional search criteria made available. Things that are important to users such as (in my case because of back/neck issues) heated driver’s seat, reversing camera, cruise control, air con and so on and so forth. There will be lots of other features that users might like to see.
I appreciate this would involve work to update the web pages and the underlying database but perhaps Motability could canvass customers and undertake a feasibility study.
