If it doesn’t say ongoing with a date for review on your award letter then you will have to ring them and ask for new forms to make another claim, if you wait until 3 months before your award ends then I fear you will not have enough time to get the claim processed and may risk loosing your car.
A phone call would be the best way of checking just what is required of you, better safe than sorry.
