I think you both make good points.
The majority of people eligible for a motability vehicle choose not to take one. Now we don’t know why, maybe as martino says it’s to use the money to pay the bills, maybe they can’t drive or don’t need a car.
It is a choice the 1,500,000 people entitled to the The allowance make every year.
Life can be very difficult in general but even more so for the ill, disabled and vulnerable so I do think it’s a valid point martino raises and something definitely worth discussing ?
