Sorry to hear of your difficulties FordMax.
I called them again this morning and it seems (although my application handler was on the phone again) that the compliance team is okay with all the documents and just waiting on reply back from the DNO to give the okay.
So still no date as yet, but regarding the installation, my meter is outside towards the front of the house, so hopefully that won’t be a problem.
I have a tarmac drive, so a little concerned about the earthing rod, but that’s for another day, just need to get a date sorted first asap.
