i will be staying inside as i already messed up on sunday, washed car and did a bit of “gardening” in my planter but forgot the factor 50+ and or my cap so the head got burnt, really annoyed with self as i am usually so careful as when i had hair it was bright ginger so you can imagine i burn very easily.
at least ive always got stock of burn releiving gels etc so remedial action could be started straight away.
i put it down to senility.
