I have had an e mail from Motability:
I am writing to you following the recent enquiry that you sent us on 30 July 2020 regarding the Peugeot e-2008 Allure.
I would like to thank you for all of your patience and understanding whilst we’ve been awaiting further details from our Peugeot account manager. I can confirm that my colleague, Phillip, has now received a response from Peugeot directly and has provided further advice for this.
Peugeot have explained that the free Nav upgrade on the Allure, featured on the Peugeot website, is an error on their part. In order to have Nav, customers would have to pay the additional £200 for the Allure Premium. Peugeot have also explained that following this mistake that had been published, they are updating their website accordingly.
As his is an error made through Peugeot directly, we cannot be held responsible for their content, therefore, should you wish to make a complaint about this, you are welcome to do so by sending this to the dedicated Peugeot care line. They can be contacted directly on 0800 042 2422 and are open Monday – Friday 08:00 – 18:00.
I do apologise for the conflicting information that had previously been published about this and I can certainly appreciate the frustration that this may cause. As my colleague, Victoria, had explained, this has been logged onto your agreement so that we are aware of your experience and it has now been fed through to Peugeot directly by our dedicated account manager.
I hope that this email finds you well and is supportive going forward. If there is anything further that we can assist with, please do not hesitate to either call our Customer Contact Department on 0300 456 4566 or alternatively, you are welcome to reply to my email.
