@Peter, @Ian, Thank you for posting. It’s really good to see some real world calcs on this. It really hits home of the savings. And that’s before we mention the environmental benefits.
For the next three years, sadly I’m going the wrong way (X1 to an XC40) so I’m going to be paying more than currently. However, I hope that within the three years, a usable infrastructure will come to North Wales.
I love my cars and especially love sports cars but I’m also aware that we need to make the switch ASAP. The mild hybrid car I’ll be getting wears the electrified badge in name only. It’s a true gas guzzler. On par, in fact, to V6 petrol cars I owned in the 2000’s.
? I will be remembered for nothing but had great fun doing it ?
