I still consider that the majority of Motability customers have to consider the practicalities of the car to suit the user’s disabilities over the the looks and performance of the car. I am surprised, but not critical, by other people’s ” first priority” or the fact they get their “smile from a different source ”
Each to their own when it comes to deciding on a car but practicality has to win for me.
