Yup. Same here. Promise of thunderstorm evaporated last night. Some were lucky, though, MMike. Today much the same as yesterday but without OTT heat. Wind from decent direction to run the aircon open windows. Really nice, pleasant and classic English summer’s day. All that needed is Auntie Jane (Miss Marple) to trundle past in search of some dodgy coves. Well, we did have a Spitfire rumble past this morning, so the period’s feeling just right!
