I think under consumer act 2015 after 30 days they have one attempt to fix it or you can return it for a full refund or Mb can.. You need to read that info maybe search “what happens if a dealership can’t fix your car uk” Then you can quote that to the dealer and Mb as you have had the car less than 6 months.
