I would like to thank you for your time in bringing this to our attention. Upon you sending us this information, we have raised your concerns to the Account Manager here at Motability Operations for Peugeot.
He has raised this to his liaison at Peugeot directly and as soon as we have an update we will be in touch with you to offer further guidance. I am sorry we were unable to provide clarification at this time, however I would like to reassure you this is being investigated further and we will be in touch as soon as possible.
