I think the criteria they want is that the plate means something to you personally and not just initials so something relating to something you’re passionate about (fav band) would probably be ok.
Just done a set for my Mum and went through the DVLA website as it worked out the cheapest, search anywhere you want but once you find the plate just input it on DVLA website and get it from there, think it was £270 all in.
