Elon Musk would have no interest in this. His company is massive and something like this wouldn’t be handled by him.
At some point Motability will have to look into revising the scheme to take account of the fact that eventually all cars will be electric and under it’s current business model the choice of these available on the scheme will be very small.
However by then the chances are the cost of electric vehicles will reduce massively making them affordable on the scheme.
