The fact is that most of those wanting EVs as a choice are as interested in helping to save the environment as they are of getting a top quality car. Given choice of a top of the range ice car or a EV SUV with decent range to me it’s a no brainer. As far as the daily fail et al I certainly won’t lose any sleep given the moral cesspit they represent. However I do wonder whether even the fail will have difficulty in demeaning vulnerable people trying to do their bit to save the planet?
