Yes, Wigman. Hadn’t thought of that and it’s a valid but sad point. Would argue that this is special case – given small numbers involved and fact that only those deprived of benefits are included. But suspect most strongly that if it were proposed then large brown paper envelopes, sorry, “consultative incentives” would change hands and we’d get another kicking from our politicians. Can’t have the sponging cripp’s trying to stop further government erosion of disabled wellbeing; the Daily Mail would never allow it.
