I had my PIP assessment over the phone due to COVID, and luckily I had an understanding lady clinician who made all the difference. The phone assessment was instead of the home visit, which would have occurred before COVID.
Just be honest, you need help dressing, washing and feeding yourself… you use grabber sticks to assist you.
