that was a lot of reading very interesting but there is so many points i picked up on.
it sort of covers a lot of what we have been saying
they seam to imply motability profits should help the customer us , but the only thing i can see is GCB and a payment if you loose pip . i think they only do that so they are seen to give something back so they don’t look to greedy.
