I asked Motability about tinting about 9 years ago and was told no, so on seeing this thread I thought they’d changed their mind but the answer was still no when asked.
Having read the thread on factory fit options not being covered by insurance I get the impression that Motability advisors haven’t got a clue what they’re talking about. It’s very frustrating when you’re trying to do things right.
I also queried the cost of transferring an adaptation but they didn’t know the answer. Seconds later I find it clearly listed on the adaptation page!
