im a bit confused with vat . i was looking at car leasing , i thought i could lease a car ie Tesla model 3 get it addapted for my disablity , and complet VAT relief on adapted motor vehicles for disabled people form but as far as i can see the law changed 2017 and you need to be in a wheelchair all the till not just some of the time…
if this is correct then how do motability manage to get their cars for lease vat free when their customers are not all in wheelchairs ,
Am i missing some this.

see if that was about the same as motability
