Also Lewis at SG Petch Durham where I just ordered an Ateca. Both were very polite, rang back when they said they would and went out of their way to make sure everything was right for me.
I acquired my last two vehicles from branches of SG Petch (both in Darlington, albeit different franchises) and I have to say I have been very impressed by them.
I found their Motability sales people not to be pushy, but very helpful and genuinely interested.
I have found the staff in their service departments to be friendly and helpful. My car has always been washed and cleaned inside and out on return. They kept me fully updated when it required some warranty work and they let me keep the courtesy car an extra couple of days whilst the work was done.
I will be by-passing my nearest Jeep dealer to get my next car from SG Petch in York as I am so impressed with the company. It will get serviced there as well.
