Martino things are changing slowly, especially in Scotland, I have said before if you are in the category over 60, with or without underlying health conditions, continue to have as little contact with others as necessary. This virus is not going anywhere so protect yourself and ensure you don’t catch it.

A second wave should be avoided if we listen to the science and continue avoiding close contact and wash our hands requrarly also keep your hands away from your face. The virus can only enter your body through your mouth, nose and eyes.

If you can avoid going to busy places like supermarkets that would really help but if you must go then go early morning or last thing at night.

Nikola Sturgeon reckons we could be covid free very soon here in Scotland and the risks are clearly reducing but I still think we should be cautious as its a nasty virus and we don’t want to lose anymore people than we already have.
