the charge point would be free for a car on the scheme i think it applys to all of them, it certainly did for the bmw i3 when i was looking at it. i dont have a garage but they said they could still do one on the outside wall and my landlord is more than happy to let me have one.
when you decide to have an ev they arrange a survey etc to see where they can fit one before the car is finalised. if your interested i would check with the dealer of the model you like you may be suprised.
